Rip Shot Lacrosse provides custom lacrosse stringing for both men and women's sticks. You choose the pocket location that is right for you, then select your preferred mesh, sidewall string color, and shooting string colors.

Spring 2025 INFORMATION-Registration Closed!
- The season will be February 10th thru around May 16th (schedule pending)
- $375.00 for the season
- No Practice for WCS Spring Break
- Jerseys to be ordered online by parents after registration and being assigned a number (Something New, hoping its faster!)
- Both JV/Varsity Games for 6th, 7th, and 8th graders; and playing in the MidTN Lacrosse League for 8u, 10u, and 12u divisions-(additional registration w/ MidTN is required by parents)
- All practices will be held at the fields behind Grassland Park
- 8U,10U will practice on the upper fields.
- 12U and 6th,7th- 8th will practice on the lower fields.
- Practice will be from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM on Monday,Tuesday and Thursday (8u/10u may end at 7p some nights and will decide if Monday is necessary based on attendance).
- NEW Weds Nights-Specialty Position Training for Goalies, Face-off etc. 6-7 for all age groups on the lower fields
- Get in the extra reps on your own and Earn Gear! We are giving away a 1- ECD head, strung by @ripshotlacrosse the way you want it!! (Plus many more items)
For Spring lacrosse all equipment is required. This consists of stick, gloves, helmet, shoulder pads and elbow pads. Please reference Lax Checklist to make sure you have everything you need! We have limited additional equipment, if you would like to try it out. Email us to see what our inventory is; and what is not spoken for.

8u-Birthday is September 1st, 2016 and after
10u-Birthday is August 31st, 2016-September 1st, 2014
12u-Birthday is August 31st, 2014-September 1st, 2012*
JV-Any 6th Grader* and Any 7th graders; no 8th graders
Varsity-Any 6th, 7th, or 8th grader.
*There are quite a few 6th graders that get to play on two Generals squads, the 12u and the JV if their birthday falls in line. The 12u plays in a Spring league on weekends; the JV games are usually during the week, alongside the Varsity games (usually before).
Due to Lacrosse being a contact sport and varying growth rates of kids, you may not play down in age groups, but can play up an age group.
We Are Looking For New Board Members
The Generals are looking to Grow the Board and replace members that will roll off as their kids age out of the program. No lacrosse knowledge is necessary, just a love of kids, some organization and communication.
We would love to start working with new members now, so the knowledge gap does not drop off on one of the premier programs in town!
